Turnkey 3,200 sq.ft. Commercial Fitness Centre Setup

Project Overview

IronFit required a complete turnkey transformation of a 3,200 sq.ft. commercial floor into a flagship multi-zone fitness club. The space needed to accommodate 150+ daily active members across cardio conditioning, heavy bodybuilding, functional training, and strength conditioning.

A primary requirement was total acoustic damping to prevent vibration transmission to the commercial retail shops located on the floor below.

Gymscape provided end-to-end design, delivery, installation, and on-site machine testing.

Equipment Delivered & Installed:

• Cardio Line: 6 × 5.0 HP AC continuous-duty commercial treadmills with shock-absorption orthopedic belts, 3 × commercial elliptical cross trainers, and 2 × heavy-flywheel spin cycles.
• Pin-Loaded Strength Line: Dual Adjustable Pulley functional trainer, Lat Pulldown / Low Row dual machine, Multi-Press chest and shoulder station, 45-degree Leg Press & Hack Squat combo, and Seated Leg Curl / Extension.
• Heavy Free Weights Section: Full commercial Smith Machine, 8-pillar Power Cage with pull-up grips, 2.5 kg to 45 kg rubber hex dumbbell set with 3-tier saddles, 800 kg tri-grip Olympic weight plates, and 6 heavy-duty adjustable FID benches.
• Acoustic Sub-Floor: 20mm high-density interlocking rubber tiles with bevelled safety borders installed across the entire free weight zone.

Deliverables & Results

• Delivered, assembled, and load-tested within 12 working days.
• Full on-site staff maintenance training conducted for cardio motor lubrication and cable tension calibration.
• Over 200 members registered within the first 30 days of launch.
